Booking & Reservations

Search for your destination, pick-up and return dates on our home page. Browse the results, select a car that suits your needs, then follow the steps to add accessories, choose your cover, and pay the deposit online. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is manually verified (within 24 hours).

Yes. Visit My Bookings to view and request changes to your reservation. If you booked as a guest, the confirmation email contains a one-tap sign-in link that takes you straight there. Changes are subject to availability.

There is no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time up to 24 hours before collection of the car. Cancellations can be made from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

The minimum rental period is typically 1 day. Maximum rental periods vary by vehicle and availability — longer rentals often receive better daily rates. Contact us for rentals exceeding 30 days.

Payment & Pricing

You pay a deposit online at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is paid directly to the rental company at the time of pick-up.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card
  • Visa
  • Mastercard

Payment for the online deposit is processed securely through Stripe.

The following cards are not accepted at vehicle collection:

  • Visa Electron
  • Maestro Cards
  • Revolut or other online bank debit cards
  • Cards marked "For electronic use only"

If you cannot provide an accepted card at pick-up, a cash deposit of 200 to 500 EUR may be required.

No. The price shown at booking includes the rental, insurance cover, and listed extras. Additional charges only apply if you add optional accessories, return the car late, or cause damage not covered by the included insurance.

The deposit is a partial prepayment made online to confirm your booking. The exact amount is shown during the booking process. It is deducted from the total rental price — the rest is paid at pick-up.

Insurance & Cover

All rentals include full cover at no extra cost:

  • Unlimited civil liability insurance
  • 24-hour road assistance
  • Replacement vehicle on request
  • Towing covered by full-cover insurance

Full coverage applies when a damage report form or police report is presented.

For accidents against objects, scratches, interior damage, or incidents without a damage report, a minimum excess of 150 to 300 EUR applies depending on the vehicle. This may be requested as a deposit on collection or charged on return.

The following are not covered:

  • Parking and traffic fines (plus 30 EUR administration fee per fine)
  • Replacement keys
  • Damage to tyres and wheels
  • Removed equipment or paperwork
  • Break-in damage when personal belongings were left inside
  • Incorrect fuel — the hirer pays all repair costs

In case of an accident, you must:

  1. Immediately inform the rental company.
  2. Complete an accident report with full details of the other party and witnesses.
  3. Notify authorities if anyone is injured.
  4. Do not abandon the vehicle without taking precautions to protect it.

In case of theft, file a police report and send a copy to the rental company.

Pick-up & Return

You must present the following at vehicle collection:

  • A valid driver's licence held for at least 2 years
  • ID card, residence card, or passport with valid address
  • A valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard)

All drivers must be over 25 years old and hold a valid licence for at least 2 years. Only drivers listed in the contract are authorised to drive the vehicle.

Yes, one-way rentals are available. A one-way fee may apply depending on the pick-up and return locations. The fee will be shown during the booking process.

Our standard fuel policy is full-to-full. You receive the car with a full tank and should return it with a full tank. If the car is returned with less fuel, a refuelling charge will apply.

Yes. You may request delivery of the vehicle to a different address. This service must be requested together with the booking and may incur an additional delivery fee depending on the distance.

Airport Transfers

Book your transfer online by selecting your airport, destination, date and number of passengers. Your driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name sign and take you directly to your destination. All transfers include flight monitoring and a meet-and-greet service.

All airport transfers include flight monitoring. Your driver will track your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up time accordingly. Up to 60 minutes of free waiting time is included after your flight lands.

Yes. During the booking process you can add a return transfer. Round-trip bookings are convenient and ensure you have transport arranged for both arrival and departure.

We offer several vehicle categories depending on your group size:

  • Sedan — up to 4 passengers
  • Premium — up to 4 passengers with luxury vehicle
  • Minivan — up to 7 passengers
  • Large Van — up to 16 passengers

Account & Rewards

We use a passwordless login system. Simply enter your email address and we will send you a magic link. Click the link to sign in — no password needed. Your account is created automatically on your first sign-in.

RCBP Rewards is our loyalty programme. You earn points on every completed booking, which can be used toward future rentals and services. Visit the Rewards page in your account to check your balance.

No. You can complete a booking as a guest. Your confirmation email includes a one-tap sign-in link to view and manage your booking. Creating an account is optional and lets you earn Rewards points and save your details for faster future bookings.
